As we reach our 9th Birthday it’s always great to look back at the past year, and what a good one it has been. We’ve launched some great new bespoke Ecommerce websites and we’ve also launched the Ascensor Air: Ecommerce template system. This has enabled us to offer our tried and tested Ecommerce functionality on a template front end, an entry-level offering that reassures our clients of Ascensor quality, without the investment of a fully bespoke website.
We have an amazing case study in our sister company Smarter Retail and this year saw the expansion of this business thanks to the technology and marketing skills in Ascensor. We launched www.perfectpersonalisedgifts.com demonstrating to our new prospects that when it comes to Ecommerce, we don’t just provide websites, we have first-hand experience in growing a successful Ecommerce business in Leeds. Smarter Retail manufacturers and retails personalised gifts and homewares through all of the major online shopping portals and through its own websites. The web design and development is a clear demonstration of a high end bespoke website and the sales growth is down to our digital marketing expertise.
We have released more websites on the Ascensor Liquid CMS platform, our fully device responsive CMS. Even though we launched this latest version of Liquid over 12 months ago, there are still very few fully responsive CMS systems out there, and as the world gets even more mobile, our clients can manage their whole website’s easily whilst on the move.
This year our Digital Marketing has reached new bounds, as we are demonstrating with our own search engine positions, we really know what to do when it comes to maximising a business’s potential using Google Local techniques. We’re always on top of the latest Google updates and our clients have all benefitted from the significant changes that Google has made recently. Our Paid search (Google and Facebook) methods are delivering great value per click and our digital marketing strategies are helping our clients launch new products, expose new regions and grow sales.
We have seen another great year of growth, driven by working on bigger and bigger projects, whilst being able to maintain our entry level offerings to support the many referrals we get from small businesses where budget is key, and where quality should never be compromised.
The development team in Poland continue to add value to our services, providing valuable capacity, led by dedicated UK design and project management.
The next year is full of great opportunities, major projects currently in development are set to release soon and we have some excellent prospects in the pipeline.
We have an excellent team and a great customer base, we operate in such an exciting sector, in a city that is booming for digital agencies. The next one is the big tenth birthday, I am very proud of what we have achieved so far, and looking forward to adding to the success in our tenth year!
