There's been an exciting update for the Ascensor team
We've recently acquired web design and app development business Webposse Ltd, along with its associated web hosting firm, ClaretMedia LLP. The agreement will result in ourselves acquiring the clients, servers and brands from the Bradford based businesses.
With more firms added to our client base, we will be supporting them with our Air Websites solution and marketing services in particular.
Newly-acquired Webposse is focused on web design and app development and was established in 1999. It has more than 70 regional and national clients with active websites, across a number of sectors; including construction, professional services and the legal market. Their sister firm Claret Media LLP provides web hosting services to a broad range of customers.
These acquisitions will enable us to extend our reach in our core markets of mid-corporate and larger SMEs. We'll also be able to further develop our services and extend our product offer to fit the profile of our new customers.
The businesses' former owner Steve Bennett will continue to work with us on a consultancy basis as well as supporting the clients and manage a smooth transition.
