What's your role within the team?
Junior Social Media & Content Executive, I look after various clients social media channels and help them drive sales / leads through organic social media management.
Why did you choose to do an apprenticeship?
Uni just wasn’t for me, I much prefer to learn hands-on and gain experience.
What do you most enjoy in your apprenticeship?
Learning! I love learning new things from Estio but also my team members at Ascensor - everyone’s so helpful and kind!
What's your favourite thing about Ascensor?
Definitely the culture. I’m surrounded by experts who are so dedicated and hard-working. Not to mention the office is pretty cool!
What advice would you give to somebody thinking of becoming an apprentice?
Be yourself. Say yes to every opportunity. Ask questions - even if you think they are silly. Anything to get your foot in the door! Go to networking events, listen to free online courses and try and soak in as much as possible from the experts around you.
