What We Did A beautiful website for beautiful hairSee what we did
After meetings with the client on website design, a bespoke design was chosen to represent the hair business. It was important for the client to be able to add her personal stamp to the site to support the personal and professional service clients receive.
We integrated the WordPress content management system with the new site so that it can be updated by the client at any time. The mobile-first, fully responsive design is optimised for all screen sizes, enabling users to access the site via desktop, tablet or mobile. We also designed the social media styling to be used across the salon’s social media channels and our marketing team were on-hand to support Melissa in her social communications for the business.
Down to earth and practical
Timperley Salons is coming up to its fifth year in business. Ascensor have been
with us from the start, building our initial website and constantly improving
it, as well as helping our online marketing to become increasingly
sophisticated. Their down to earth and practical approach – they do what they
say they are going to do – has been instrumental in us winning UK Salon of the
Year three times, and multiple other awards, in that five-year period.
Just as important, Ascensor have helped us to develop a loyal and expanding client base; exactly what we want.
We would highly recommend the team to anyone who is serious about growing their online presence and attracting new clients."
Sleek web design
The website’s homepage is instantly engaging as images have been used to represent each section of the website. As a designer of beautiful hair, it was critical the site comprised a gallery which Melissa can utilise to showcase the hair results her salon produces.
The gallery section of the homepage includes a scrolling effect which effectively displays the salon’s hairdressing work. The animation and images used throughout the site encourage engagement with the website content. Another key feature includes an appointment booking facility which enables site visitors to book a hair appointment at the salon with a stylist of your choice.
