Working within a hugely competitive market, AVC needed a website that would illustrate their wide range of vehicle choices and focus on low CO2 for business users. Ascensor won the work after being shortlisted from a list of ten agencies and having met with their team, we recommended an Ascensor Liquid™ powered website.

Due to the wide range of cars and vans that AVC has on their records, they required a website that allowed users to navigate quickly and easily find the vehicle they were looking for.
The easy to use sliders and drop-down options combine together to create an advanced search facility which allows users to quickly find what they're looking for. Businesses can choose what size, make, model and price range they need along with a variety of other options.
The vehicle hire market is one that is highly competitive with many companies fighting for business. This meant that the new AVC site needed to be professional looking, modern and highly functional, meeting the demands of the modern online visitor.
Focus on ease of use and visibility
AVC partner with the CAP vehicle database and their new website takes a feed from CAP which is updated on a regular basis.
The vehicles are fed into the website database and managed using the Ascensor Liquid™ control panel. Non-technical staff can add new offers, modify content and respond to quotation requests. With all-new sites, we ensure that we redirect all indexed web pages to maintain any SEO collateral and the new site has entered the SERP’s in a higher position thanks to the compliant coding to meet web standards.
Website speed is of great importance and can affect web positions when handling the amount of data that we do on the AVC site a huge amount of effort and planning has gone into making sure the site runs as quickly as possible.
