- Demonstrate basic accounting knowledge gained through experience or/and studies
- Process Client and Supplier Invoices
- Resolve clients’ queries in a timely manner
- Support Credit Control
We are looking for a Finance (Accounts) Assistant to join our growing and friendly team in Leeds. You will be assisting our Finance Manager with processing sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, resolving clients queries and other various elements of admin and bookkeeping.
If you have strong organisation and communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving drive and desire to progress and learn, then this could be perfect opportunity for you.
To succeed you will have…
- At least 2 years experience within finance or accounts department or an Accountancy degree
- At least AAT Level 2 Qualification or equivalent and studying towards level 3 or an Accountancy degree
- Strong IT Skills
Ideally With…
- Xero experience desired but not necessary
- Quick at picking up new systems
