Ascensor and Horbury based design and print company Red Media have strengthened their alliance. Ascensor have been appointed as the developer for the new Red Media website due to launch in August 2009, and Red Media have been appointed as an Ascensor Affiliate, an arrangement that we hope will be long and fruitful. Asensor look forward to representing Red Media for web work.

Ascensor have been nominated as the online marketing agency for the regions only dedicated bridal supplies directory and online bridal consultant, Wildbride.  The project is an excellent vehicle for Ascensor to demonstrate our skills and ability in effective SEO and marketing, working with a project with huge growth potential.

Our 'Web Talk' column in The Press Newspaper has been growing increasingly popular with the readers of the newspaper. Web Talk is a monthly article where the Directors of Ascensor provides hints and tips for the readers of The Press on how they can promote their business on the web, from how to get started to pushing their way though the ranks of the top search engines on the internet. Look out for this month's column and you can view past articles on The Press Newspaper website.

We are happy to announce that Ascensor has been working hard with DJB Photography promoting their site with Search Engine Optimisation. In the UK we have been able to take them from 500th to 19th on the second page when searching for 'Wedding Photorapher' on Google one of the largest and most used search engines on the web. We have also gotten high ratings for 'Wedding Photographer York' which is 2nd in the Uk and 12th for 'Wedding Photographer Yorkshire'.  

We are happy to welcome Ben Roberts as a new team member to Ascensor. Ben will be delving into the Web Marketing position we have here at Ascensor, working closely with Ascensor Analytics, Search Engine Optimisation monitoring clients website performance and also keeping our clients at the top of their markets. Letter Box Lingerie The latest success story for local Mail Order firm Stand Consultants Ltd is the rise of Lingerie-by-post website, letterboxlingerie.co.uk. The project has seen recent google recognition, occupying a first page position for 'sexy clothing' and second page position for 'lingerie'. We are really pleased with the upward progression, demonstrating that start up websites can rub shoulders with established players in any market.

Ascensor feature in the Christmas Eve issue of The Press, the free newspaper delivered to over 30,000 homes and businesses in the Dewsbury area. Recognising Ascensors development, growth and commitment to providing local jobs, the newspaper have invited Ascensor to write a column in the monthly Business Supplement starting in January.

Ascensors steady growth has not gone un-noticed and we were happy to provide Batley and Birstall News with an interview that was published in the paper last Thursday, in a feature detailing local businesses that are beating the credit crunch. It's not all doom and gloom and not just Ascensor doing well, as our web clients will testify.

Ascensor have further strengthened links with local IT production and training company, Lithium Media. Lithium's training service has grown so rapidly that capacity to develop client websites has come under pressure. The strategic partnership that has ensued allows Lithium to continue to offer an excellent web design service, by utilising Ascensors production house, on a referral basis. The first collaboration is already complete, with four more projects due to commence in early 2009.

Ascensor Limited has been approached by the Community Foundation For Calderdale (CFFC) to handle their web design and development requirements, following the successful completion of both a Key Stakeholder forum and a secure area for the passing of confidential information between board members.

After the successful completion of the eCommerce bolt-on and discounting structure on the Lets Educate website, Ascensor are looking forward to working on more projects with our local contacts.

Always looking to support our fellow local entrepreneurs, Ascensor have completed the corporate design for this new sandwich bar, and look forward to working on the online booking facility and other more web related projects.

Since incorporation in November 2007, Ascensor Limited has gone from strength to strength, meeting our hugely optimistic targets for customer acquisition, customer retention and sales. Our business has grown into a team of 6 which includes 1 developer, 2 designers, 2 marketers and 1 administrator.

Now we have capacity the Ascensor website will remain up to date in terms of news, though some clients will remain our secret ;-)

It was 3 months in the preparation but Ascensor has finally moved into new office space on Batley Technology Park. Situated in the newest Annexe with a view over Batley, we have created an environment that is geared for productivity and a capacity that can handle our quickly expanding workload.
